Taiwan regulator rejects AIG unit sale

TAIPEI (Reuters) – Taiwan regulators rejected AIG’s planned $2.2 billion sale of its Taiwan unit to a China-related group, citing regulations on mainland investment, and leaving the insurer facing another auction.
