The owners of Manchester United could soon receive an offer to buy the club from a group of wealthy supporters calling themselves the Red Knights. The owners, the Glazer family, say the club is not for sale. But a lot will depend on the fans, thousands of whom are now refusing to wear their team’s colours in protest against the Glazers. Car manufacturers will be showing their wares at the Geneva Motor Show this week after a dreadful couple of years for the motor industry. Ford have had a better time of it recently though, and this morning they’re unveiling the latest Focus at the show. Some good news to come out of the recession… the price of a night in a hotel has come down. A room in a UK hotel is now 13% cheaper than it was this time last year.
