Arrow says gets non-binding bid from Shell, PetroChina

PERTH (Reuters) – Australia’s Arrow Energy Ltd has received a non-binding bid from a company jointly owned by Royal Dutch Shell and PetroChina that is worth at least A$3.3 billion ($3 billion), it said on Monday.
