Money: Inflation Increase – 16th Feb 10

Inflation figures are likely to show another move upwards after December’s 2.9% increase. Barclays will publish their full year figures for 2009, but the focus will be on their bonus pot, which is expected to be lower than first thought due to public pressure. We also look at a report by the Prudential which shows that women’s pensions are an average of 11% lower than those of men’s. Finally, Price Waterhouse Cooper have published a report detailing how many Chief Financial Officers are being overlooked when it comes to getting CEO roles in their companies.
